The Honourable Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt Imo State has in a jubilant mood under the Ministry of Youth Development and Talent Hunt hailed *His Excellency Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma* on his victory at the Appeal Court today Tuesday 16th, July 2024, describing the victory as the Will of the people of Imo State, stressing that the victory, is a victory of democracy, the rule of law and the All Progressive Congress.
The young vibrant Commissioner, *Dr. Emeka Mandela Ukaegbu* also praised the Nigerian Judiciary for reasserting itself as a sacred chapel for judicious resolution of disputes.
A victory over the appeals filed by the opposition parties: PDP, Labour Party, Accord Party and Allied Party at the appellate court that upheld that the appeals lack merit.
Furtherly, the pragmatic Commissioner, Dr. Mandela highlighted that the victory serves as a testament that the good people of Imo State earnestly and overwhelmingly voted for the Pan-Nigerian youth Governor in the election, adding that the judgement also serves a proof that Nigerian electoral process is portrayed with uprightness.
“Of course, we all know the multifaceted development, *His Excellency Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma CON* has unleashed in the land of Imo, owing him unavoidable applause and huge support from Imolites. The Governor has skillfully transformed the State to be the hub of industrialization in the country.”
