Morocco to acquire Israeli spy satellite worth $1B

Morocco plans to acquire a spy satellite from Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI) in a $1 billion deal, which will be carried out over five years.

These new satellites are expected to replace Morocco’s older ones, previously acquired from a consortium of French, Italian, and German companies, which reportedly have lower resolution capabilities.
