2. Stay Cool Under Fire: Reacting impulsively only throws gasoline on the flames. Instead, master the art of the deep breath. Pause, assess the situation, and gather your thoughts before engaging. Remember, calmness disarms aggression, while agitation fuels it.
3. Draw Your Boundary Lines: Don’t let anyone trample over your self-respect. Clearly and firmly communicate your limits. State what behavior you deem unacceptable and the consequences they’ll face if crossed. Remember, boundaries aren’t walls; they’re healthy guidelines for respectful interaction.
