Fertilizer selection
The whole growth cycle
Type of fertilizer: compound fertilizer (burying) + potassium dihydrogen phosphate (spraying Plant) + magnesium boron fertilizer (spray plant)
Fertilization frequency: compound fertilizer 10 to 15 days/time, one mineral water bottle cap, evenly buried in the edge of the basin; dihydrogen phosphate clock 7 days/time, 1500~2000 times dilution; magnesium boron fertilizer for 10 days/time, 1500-2000 times thinner
Release, the three kinds of fertilization time are staggered.
Fertilization needs to be done regularly until the melon is picked.
.🥒Plant type selection (trimming)
Leave the vine: Leave only one main vine, and all the other side buds will be erased.
The position of the melon: count from the bottom to the top, all the melons below the sixth true leaf Erase
Number of melons left: more than the sixth true leaf, leave 1 for each node (leaf)
🥒Root cucumber
🐝Seal artificial pollination
Most cucumbers are solitary female breeds and do not require artificial pollination.
🌼Male flower: continuous high temperature (above 40), easy to differentiate into male flowers,
🥒Female flower
“Anti-fruit flies (need to be bagged)
Bag material: waterproof paper bag (good for grapes), hollow net no recommened
The bag is recommended after growth fruit.
Bagging time: Start the strap when the handle droops.
. 🥒The cucumber is ripe.
Maturation time: about 15 days after the female flower blooms (sufficient fat and water)
Appearance judgment: no longer expanding, the skin is stretched, and the color becomes lighter
⚠️ Precautions
Leaf disease: Leaves are prone to powdery disease for two consecutive days (white vinegar dilution 2000 times can be processed)
Curved cucumber: uneven water, sudden drought, sudden waterlogging
Leaf yellowing: Cucumbers grow fast and have a large demand for water and fertilizer. Remember to fertilize on time.
