Igbokoda, Ondo State – May 26, 2024 – In a spectacular celebration of sportsmanship and community spirit, the DHDEI Sport Competition concluded with CAHIL FC emerging victorious over ROYAL FC in a thrilling match. The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries including the Olu of Igbokoda, His Royal Majesty Oba Afolabi Olamidimeji Odidiomo, the Commanding Officer of the Nigeria Navy, Captain NW Alushi, and esteemed legal practitioner Barrister Ayodeji Omosowone.
The final match saw CAHIL FC deliver an outstanding performance, securing a decisive victory over ROYAL FC, much to the delight of fans and supporters who had gathered in large numbers to witness the culmination of the tournament.
In his closing remarks, the Olu of Igbokoda, HRM Oba Afolabi Olamidimeji Odidiomo, praised the efforts of all participating teams and highlighted the importance of sports in fostering unity and development within the community. “This competition is a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent and promoting healthy competition among our youth. I commend all players for their dedication and sportsmanship,” the royal father said.
