…Hon. Jide Ipinsagba, Hon. Timehin Adelegbe* we need Federal presence in the two Local Government Areas (Owo/Ose).
The concept of Democracy in relation to representation is anchored on development and growth of the people.
The activities of our Federal Lawmakers since assumption of office is far from inclusiveness and good governance as they are no where to be found around the people they represent.
It’s saddening and pathetic to know that *Hon. Adelegbe and Hon. Jide Ipinsagba* have not call for town hall meeting of stakeholders and community leaders as a means of collating information on what needed to be done for the people they are currently representing at the parliament.
Though, it is quite understandable that the event that brought the duo into office was shady and undemocratic
This should not be enough reason for both of them to be serving only themselves and families by ignoring the people
I heard of an MHR, Hon. Festus, representing Ile-oluji oke-igbo, a first time Rep. member who gave appointment letters to 34 people in his Federal Constituency and also sponsored a bill which has passed second reading to establish school of nursing and midwife in his constituency.
This comparison is necessary to challenge *Hon. Timehin Adelegbe* of his gross incompetence and irrelevance at the National Assembly and also urge him to get competent aids who can help him actualize people oriented Programs that are capable of improving the lives of people in his constituency.
Hon. Timehin Adelegbe has woefully failed in his primary responsibility as a Lawmaker by not proposing nor sponsoring a bill for almost 5years in office
Hon. Jide Ipinsagba has forgotten that Owo/Ose are part of Local Government Areas that make up his Senatorial district.
Why has he not champion the course of Federal presence in one of the two Local Government Areas (Owo/Ose)?
He is a Chairman of a powerful committee at the Senate, why has he not facilitated employment opportunities for the Youth of Owo/Ose?
The challenges here are enormous and it is expected that you both know them and work on sustainable solutions to put smile on the faces of our people.
We are following your activities and we can only tell you both to be magnanimous enough to include Owo/Ose in your programs.
We are hoping that both Hon. Jide Ipinsagba and Hon. Adelegbe will have a rethink and revisit their activities in the National Assembly to capture what will benefit the people of Owo/Ose Local Government Areas
We are following you and we will commend whatever you do to touch the expression of the people and give them reason to appreciate and celebrate your effort at the National Assembly
Political Representation is all about the people of your constituency, you must deliver a selfless service to them.
