The Honourable member representing the Orumba North and South Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Princess Chinwe Nnabuife (MHR) Adaejiejemba Orumba commiserates with the victims of the unfortunate fire incident that occured at the early hours of today,21st February 2024. She is saddened greatly and shares the victims deep sense of loss.
Despite the great loss of fabrics, jewelry,plastic and hair accessories etc,she appreciates the efforts put in by the Fire Service and private water tank owners who, not withstanding that the fire raged till the wee hours, rallied round selflessly, in the true Orumba spirit,not just to make water available but also to in consonance with trained fire fighters on ground transformed into emergency firefighters, all in the bid to control the raging inferno.
Meanwhile,for the victims, her (Adaejiejemba’s) message still remains that of “hope” urging victims to accept the inferno as predestined even as she encouraged the traumatized victims to firmly believe in God’s ability to alleviate their sufferings and even elevate them using the unfortunate incident as a launching pad, thanking God that no lives were lost to the unfortunate incident. Adaejiejemba stands firmly with you,her unfortunate constituents in this hour of great grief. May the good lord replenish their pockets while granting the victims mercy and divine favours to enable them quickly recover from this temporary setbacks.
