Buhari Present As Chad Inaugurates Transitional President

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), on Monday, attended the inauguration of General Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno as the President of the Chadian Transition Government and Head of State of Chad.The inauguration took place in the country’s capital, N’djamena.
