Hon. Prince Monday Akinyomi extends hearty congratulations to the Ilaje Local Government chairman-elect, Hon. Maurice Oripenaye(Ara) on his resounding victory in the local government election, held on 18th January across the eighteen(18) local government areas in Ondo State.
The US-based APC stalwart and an erstwhile House of Representative aspirant stated that the commitment and loyalty of Hon. Maurice Oripenaye to the vision and mission of the All Progressive Congress, APC, have clearly resonated with the leadership of the party and its members and this resonates with the voters which culminated in the impressive votes turnout.
This landslide accomplishment, Prince Monday Akinyomi noted, is a testament to his hard work, perseverance, dedication and has earned him the trust Ilaje people had reposed in him for his exceptional personality and steadfastness to the uplift of the Ilaje Nation.
However, Hon. Monday Akinyomi said he believes Hon. Maurice Oripenaye and his team(the councillors-elect) has the ability and agility to bring about needed reformative changes in the new leadership and representative mandate unanimously bestowed on them.
