A new prophecy by Spirit Emmanuel Chukwudi, the General Overseer of King of Kings Deliverance Ministries Worldwide, has reignited hopes of Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State, becoming Nigeria’s president. Chukwudi claims that Obi’s presidency is divinely ordained but insists it will only materialize if he aligns with Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President of Nigeria.
Speaking on the matter, Chukwudi stated, “The Lord God is telling me that Mr. Peter Obi is going to rule Nigeria. He is an awaiting incoming president, but it’s not now. The Lord is telling me that he must support Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and through Atiku, the Obi aspiration and his expectations to be president of Nigeria will be a reality.”
The prophet dismissed claims from other clerics suggesting Obi will never ascend to the presidency, labeling such predictions as “from the pit of hell.” He criticized the financial motives of some religious leaders who, according to him, issue misleading prophecies.
Chukwudi also pointed to his previous accurate prophecies, including Donald Trump’s presidency, Hope Uzodinma’s governorship in Imo State, and Goodluck Jonathan’s 2015 loss, as evidence of his divine insights.
This revelation follows speculations of a possible alliance between Obi and Atiku ahead of the 2027 elections. Both leaders were contenders in the 2023 presidential election, with Atiku running under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Obi under the Labour Party (LP).
