Terror struck Benue State as gunmen launched a brutal two-day assault on several communities, leaving at least 30 residents dead and many others injured.
The attacks occurred in the Apa and Agatu local government areas, where armed assailants reportedly stormed the villages, shooting indiscriminately and setting properties ablaze.
