Ask 100 different persons about true happiness and you will get 100 different answers. Some will tell you that real happiness is in being rich and popular, others will tell you that happiness has nothing to do with money or fame while a third group will tell you that real happiness is in finding a loving relationship.

Actually all of the answers are correct because what makes me happy is very different from what makes you happy.

Do you do something that you hate? : It might not be possible to avoid all things that we dislike but what about the things that we really hate? Are you in an abusive relationship that is making your life miserable? Are you unable to tolerate your stressful job?
Finding happiness within: Some people claim that happiness can be found through meditation or Yoga. While these practices can help in reducing stress and in improving your mood still true happiness would never be found before you get a hold of your happiness keys
You have to fight for happiness
In order to be happy , you have to fight for it. Improving your life, getting rid of your problems and changing the things you dislike about your life are all actions that require a lot of determination and hard work.
