In a significant blow to thuggery in Kano State, the Police Command has apprehended notorious thug, Inuwa Zakari, alias Gundura, and 14 other suspects for terrorizing the state. Gundura, 24, topped the Command’s list of wanted criminals.
The arrests resulted from clearance operations conducted between October 25-27, following directives from Commissioner of Police Salman Dogo Garba to combat thuggery. Gundura was implicated in attacking a Vigilante Commander, inflicting life-threatening injuries, and damaging a police vehicle.
