Makinde hails Tinubu at 71, says Nigerians await “Renewed Hope”

Hon Abiola Peter Makinde has sent congratulatory messages to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President-Elect, Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of his 71st birthday.

The House of Representatives Member, representing Ondo East/West Federal Constituency, in a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Alli Moshood, said Nigerians eagerly awaits the leadership skills, technical know-how and expertise of the President-Elect to steer the country to the path of greatness.

“As Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu eagerly awaits to take over the reins of leadership from President Muhammadu Buhari, Hon. Makinde maintains that only Tinubu has valid democratic contributions, track records, and political astuteness to consolidate and improve upon the achievements of the incumbent while also driving the country to promised greatness,” the statement read.
