As Christians around the world commence Easter celebrations today, APC Vice Chairman, Lagos West Senatorial District, Chief Tunde Aboyade has urged Christians across Nigeria to take a cue from the life of Jesus Christ.
Aboyade described Jesus Christ as an epitome of love who sacrificed his life so that others especially Christians can be saved.
He enjoined Nigerian Christians to use this period not for only celebrations but to reflect on the life of Jesus Christ.
The APC Vice Chairman also implored Christians to use Easter as a means of offering prayers for peace and progress of Nigeria.
He appreciated Nigerians for their immense support towards the party’s success at the just concluded general Elections.
Aboyade expressed optimism that the incoming government of renewed hope will bring peace and love to Nigeria just like Jesus Christ did.
