Zamfara Governor Lawal has approved six key political appointments to strengthen his administration and drive development in the state.
The Secretary to the State Government, Malam Abubakar Mohammed Nakwada, announced that he has granted approval and stated that the appointments are effective immediately.
He announced the names of the appointees: Abubakar Bello Ruwan Dorowa as Executive Chairman of the State and Local Government Contributory Pension Commission, and Dalhatu Tukur Mohammed as Managing Director of Zamfara State Housing Corporation.
Others include Abubakar Maigari Ibrahim, the Managing Director of Zamfara Agricultural Development Programme (ZADP).

Jibo Dango has been appointed as the Senior Special Assistant on Construction within the Infrastructure and Urban Renewal Projects, while Ibrahim Lawal serves as the Senior Special Assistant for Domestic Affairs in the Office of the First Lady.
Governor Lawal anticipates that the appointees will demonstrate diligence, utmost integrity, and dedication in advancing the Rescue Agenda within their respective offices.
