Israeli airstrikes targeting Hezbollah positions in Lebanon resulted in the deaths of 55 individuals and injuries to 156 others, as reported by Lebanon’s Health Ministry on Tuesday.
These strikes mark a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict, with casualties on both sides as tensions continue to rise.
In the early hours of Wednesday, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced that they were conducting strikes on what they described as “terror targets” in Beirut. A Lebanese security source, speaking to AFP, indicated that the strikes specifically targeted the southern suburbs of Beirut, further intensifying the situation in the region.
