President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) for 42 federal organizations and a secretary to the board of the Civil Defence, Immigration, and Prisons Services.
In a statement issued on Friday by Presidential Media Aide Bayo Onanuga, it was announced that Tinubu also appointed a new Managing Director for the Nigerian Railway Corporation and a Director-General for the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI).
The statement emphasized that the appointees’ roles are non-executive, and they were instructed not to interfere with the management of the organizations. All appointments take immediate effect.
