Police authorities in Borno State have recovered three projectiles in Borno State, averting an explosion.
The spokesman of the Borno Police Command Nahum Daso said the projectiles were recovered in the Dala Kafanti Area of Maiduguri, the capital of the North-East state, after a tip off from a resident of the area, to the police, over a suspicious sack placed behind her house by some unknown person.
The Borno State police command, while commending the tip off, encouraged citizens to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
