Paul Onwuanibe, CEO of Landmark Beach Resorts, is making headlines once again as he prepares to relocate his renowned business to Port Harcourt. This comes months after the Nigerian government demolished the multi-million-dollar Landmark Beach in Lagos.
Although the company had signed a mutual agreement with the Gambian government to establish operations there, the CEO has now announced plans to also build a resort in Port Harcourt. The project aims to transform the Port Harcourt Tourist Beach into a world-class tourism destination, replicating the success of the former Lagos beach.
The company disclosed this development earlier today through an official post on their X account, signaling their commitment to reviving Nigeriaβs tourism sector despite previous setbacks.
