The Katsina State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs has reaffirmed its commitment to working with stakeholders to ensure a crime-free environment across the state.
This assurance was given by the State Commissioner, Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa, during a courtesy visit by the Katsina Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji.
Danmusa emphasized the Ministry’s ongoing collaboration with security agencies to address banditry, criminal activities, and road traffic violations, highlighting the administration’s proactive measures.
“Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s administration is resolute in its efforts to make Katsina a safe and secure place for all residents,” the Commissioner stated. He also acknowledged the FRSC’s vital role in mitigating road-related offenses that could pose broader security threats.
In his response, Ma’aji praised the Ministry’s efforts in fostering security partnerships and pledged the FRSC’s unwavering support to the state’s vision of lasting peace and safety.
This collaboration is part of Governor Radda’s broader initiative to enhance security through strengthened inter-agency cooperation and proactive governance.
