The presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in 2023 general election, Oluwole Adebayo, has insisted that President Bola Tinubu did not assemble the best economic team.
Speaking with Newsmen on Sunday, Adebayo said that the President’s economic team is not sharp enough and far from being proactive.
The outspoken lawyer believes that Tinubu does not need to go outside the All Progressives Congress (APC) to get the people to turn things in his administration.
Recall that in an open letter on Sunday, a founding member of the APC, Osita Okechukwu, had charged the Presidential Economic Team against derailing Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda meant to uplift millions of Nigerians.
Okechukwu reminded the economic team that Tinubu aimed to seamlessly win the 2027 election, hence the need not to derail his agenda.
