Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, welcomed the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mojisola Lasbat Meranda, along with other Principal Officers of the House, during a courtesy visit at his office in Alausa, Ikeja, earlier today.
The Speaker and her delegation were received by Governor Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, shortly before the commencement of the weekly State Executive Council meeting.
Governor Sanwo-Olu led the Speaker and her team to the Council Chamber, where both the Speaker and members of the Executive Council pledged to maintain a harmonious working relationship between the legislative and executive arms of government in Lagos State.
