The Federal Capital Territory High Court has granted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) permission to amend charges against former Minister of Power, Dr. Olu Agunloye, in a case involving alleged forgery, corruption, and disobedience of a presidential order related to the Mambilla power plant project.
Agunloye faces a seven-count charge including accusations of awarding a contract without approval, and suspicious payments linked to his accounts. The court adjourned the matter until February 3 for the rearrangement of charges.
