AN APPEAL FOR THE INCLUSION OF AKOKO YOUTHS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEADERSHIP AND STATE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
We, the members of the Akoko Youth Forum, write this letter to express our heartfelt appreciation for your exemplary leadership and dedication to the growth and development of Ondo State. Your commitment to good governance, inclusivity, and youth empowerment has not only inspired hope but also strengthened our resolve to contribute meaningfully to the progress of our dear state.
Your Excellency, during the last governorship primaries, general campaign, and election, Akoko Youth Forum stood firmly with your candidacy, mobilizing our members across Akoko and beyond to ensure your victory at the polls. Our unwavering support was driven by our belief in your vision for a better Ondo State, a vision that has since been validated by the milestones achieved under your administration.
As we approach the forthcoming local government elections, we are motivated by your commitment to the Not Too Young to Run philosophy, which aligns perfectly with our aspirations for greater youth involvement in governance. We respectfully appeal for the inclusion of prominent and capable Akoko youths in leadership roles—both in elective offices such as chairmanships and councilorships, as well as in strategic appointments within local government administration and at the state level.
