The Lawmaker Representing Owo and Ose federal constituency, Hon. Timehin Adelegbe has empowered his constituents ranging from different groups comprising of the Market women, Artisans, youths and Non-Indigenes.
The empowerment program cut across all political wards of Owo local government Area of Ondo state with a selection free form bias process for over 300 beneficiaries.
Different group heads comprising the Iyaloja General of Owo, the Chairman of Artisans and different leaders of Non-Indigenes such as The Ebira, Hausa, Igbo and others lauded the lawmaker’s initiative, describing it as genuine contributions to life and humanity.
While addressing the gathering,the initiator of the empowerment program,Hon.Adelegbe described the empowerment program as the 7th one since his emergence as lawmaker
According to him, we now have a Total number of 750 youths with skill acquisition trainiing with startup kits and 15,000 naira startup cash each in Owo and Ose federal constituency.
But today we are here to empower Market women, artisans, youths and Non-Indigenes in this local government, though we have done that of Ose local government and this is another Tranche, the Lawmaker Said.
He further clarifies on the different infrastructural project he has completed and the ongoing ones in the two local governments Areas, He said’ We have done a lot in terms of Infrastructural development, we a beautiful edifice project at the Olowo Palace, another ongoing project in Ijebu, Owo, we will commence Owo township stadium this year, all these are reflection of our impactful representation in the last Five years.
I can say categorically that, There’s is no community this federal constituency without our touch, you can imagine that, there are some towns without palace, but the Help God, I have constructed palace in Ikaro and Ijagba is ongoing, Hon. Adelegbe said.
Today’s empowerment is another testament of the fact that, We are torching the lives of the people directly
I want to assure you today that,All that has been done are 10 percent of our empowerment program, on Saturday, we will be giving out 300 sowing machine, 150 motorcycles and lots more, the Lawmaker Said.
He however appealed to the good people of Owo and Ose federal constituency to come massively to vote for Governor Aiyedatiwa on 16th of November for discharge of good governance in Ondo state.
In his own speech the Ojomoluda of Ijebu Land, Oba Kofoworola commended the lawmaker initiatives, He said ” I am here to laud the effort of Hon. Adelegbe, he has done in excess what the blind can see. He has demonstrated that, he has the capability to make life easy for the people, he has touched all nooks and crannies of his constituency with different projects and direct empowerment to the people.
The monarch however advised all other political office holder to emulate the lawmaker style of leadership, he therefore call on all the people of Owo, to come out and vote Maxively for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Oba Ojomoluda adviced beneficiaries to make use of the opportunity judiciously.
The representative of the Governor of Ondo state, the Chief of Staff, Chief Omojuwa, saluted the lawmaker on his huge contributions to the people of Owo and Ose federal constituency.
According tom him, I am here to represent the Governor, he would have loved to be here, but raising from other urgent attention on electioneering tour, he could not make it, I want to commend Hon. Adelegbe for this great feet, I have seen all the materials and items arranged here for distribution, it’s indeed a reward for ensuring power into the hands of kind hearted person,.
This empowerment is not because Hon Adelegbe is rich but for his love for the people and he must be commended, he however advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity propagate poverty eradication in the community
The empowerment items include: sewing machines, Motorcycles, head dryer machines, refrigerators and freezers, pumping machines, Generator set, industrial Machines, Vulcanizer machines, grinding machines and many others.
The beneficiaries appreciated the lawmaker gesture, assures him of prompt supports and massive votes for Governor Aiyedatiwa in the November 16th election.

Eni Omosule, Iyaloja general of Owo, Special Assistant to the Governor on Non-Indigenes,APC Chairmen from OwO amd Ose, party Leaders and wards Chairmen
