The music video for “Na Money,” performed by Nigerian superstar Davido, has won the ‘Best Costume/Styling (Craft)’ award at the 12th Berlin Fashion Film Festival.
The Berlin Fashion Film Festival, which is part of the prestigious Berlinale, a major European and global film industry event since 1951, draws filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts from around the world.
Davido’s victory highlights the increasing global recognition of African creative talent. Directed by Dammy Twitch and produced by Blessing Uzzi, “Na Money” is the third track from Davido’s album Timeless, which features Grammy-winning Angélique Kidjo and Nigerian highlife group, The Cavemen.
The music video’s vibrant costumes, cultural richness, and stunning visuals impressed the judges.
