In a message shared with his followers on X, he expressed that life has not always been easy, despite common perceptions.

Happy to be alive! My eyes don see shege! But steady my fans dey shout shekpe!” In honor of his birthday, Davido announced a generous donation of N300 million to orphanages, continuing a tradition he began in 2021 when he contributed a similar amount for his 29th birthday.
