Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola better known as Portable has taken to social media to react as his former signee Young Duu breaks the internet with his new hit song.

Young Duu name was on the lips of several Nigerians yesterday, November 1st 2024 as the singer released a new song titled “Alert” which captured their hearts.

Recall that in 2023, Portable said that he terminated Young Duu contract at his Zeh Nation record label because he gives him no regards. He also noted that Young Duu eats and dines with his enemies, which made him consider him as an enemy.

Later, Young Duu was allegedly signed by Carter Efe and the dropped a song named “Oyinmo” before the duo parted away with each other as Young Duu accused Carter Efe of ripping him.

In April 2024, Young Duu begs his former label boss Portable in a chat as he tells him to forgive his shortcomings.

However, Young Duu captured the hearts of many yesterday, following his new song “Alert” which sounds like a perfect Igbo/highlife song as many do not see such a dope song coming from the singer.
