As part of his continued demonstration of commitment to community welfare, Itesiwaju Imole L’osun founded the Special Adviser to the Governor on Innovation, Science, Technology and Digital Economy, Hon. Azeez Badmus, held the 4th edition of its impactful Oko Arugbo outreach program. This edition provided financial support to 130 elderlies and widows, each receiving N10,000 along with a N500,000 grant aimed at ensuring the growth and development of Osogbo youth.
The event was a true celebration of unity and progress with an atmosphere filled with heartfelt gratitude and visible joy from the beneficiaries across the voting wards in Osogbo township. The outreach aligns with the vision and dedication of the executive Governor of Osun State, Senator (Dr) Asiwaju Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, which is to uplift the lives of the people, a commitment shared by the empathetic administration of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Among the dignitaries who attended were notable PDP leaders, including members of the Osun State House of Assembly representing Osogbo State Constituency, Hon. Rasheed Bamidele Hon Lawal, Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education, Hon. Fadipe Ibukun Ishola, Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Osogbo local government, Hon. Asimiyu Ajibola (Baba Isila) and other prominent personalities in Osun State whose presence reinforced the administration’s shared mission of support and development for all citizens.
