The Labour Party’s candidate for the 2023 presidential election, Peter Obi, faces heavy criticism over his comments on the legal ca.se facing the lifestyle influencer, Bobrisky.
Peter Obi’s appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast, hosted by Nedu Wazobia, has sparked lively discussion as he addressed the country’s attention on the cr0ssdre$$er.
Obi commented on the recent contr0versies involving Bobrisky and figures like Verydarkman, the Falanas, and institutions such as the EFCC and the Nigerian Correctional Service, noting that these issues have incited intense public reaction.
However, rather than diving into the contr0versies, the politician questioned why the nation gives so much attention to such topics when there are more pressing national concerns.
In a humorous moment, he joked that if laws were implemented favouring women, some Bobrisky critics might resort to crossdressing to cope.
“These are entertainers that should not be put into politics. If tomorrow, our government says fuel is N800 for men and N400 for women, I can tell you the number of men that will wear female dress will surprise you,” he stated partly.
His comment, however, struck a cord among social media users who suggested he approves of Bobrisky’s all£gations.
