Akoko Land is made of about 1,212, square kilometers of land areas with fertile land for farming. Akoko Land is an agriculturally based community as her economy mainly relies on crops farming, livestocks, cassava, yams, millet and fruits such as oranges and Cocoa plus Kola~Nut.
Akoko Division is bordered east and north of Ekiti state, to the south by Owo/Ose Local Government while its western border forms part of the Edo State and Northern border with Kogi State. Akoko is the most largest ethnic group in the entire Ondo State.
