Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ Mobilizes Support for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s campaign Tour In Akoko

Ahead of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa’s campaign tour in Akoko Northwest Local Government, Akoko-born investment consultant, Ambassador Olaleye John Adedipe “Ọ̀JÁ”, the First-Son-of-Mr-Governor as fondly called, recently embarked on a strategic visit to All Progressives Congress (APC) Party stalwarts in Akoko Northwest Local Government Area of Ondo State. The aim was to rally support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa’s highly anticipated campaign tour, as part of a broader effort to consolidate backing for the governor’s re-election bid.

During the visit, Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ commenced his engagement from Ogbagi Akoko Ward 6, his hometown, where he interacted with influential party leaders, including the Ward Chairman, Comr. Jimoh Adelusi. The discussions centered on the imperative of a massive turnout and securing decisive votes for Governor Aiyedatiwa in the forthcoming elections.

Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ also met with other key party chieftains, including Hon. Ogunmilade Felix, Alhaji Oloruntoba, among others, to assess the party’s preparedness and commitment to supporting Governor Aiyedatiwa. The conversations highlighted the progress made thus far, as well as concerns regarding the need to galvanize support by harmonizing all party structures within the axis to ensure the party’s overall progress.

The APC Ward 6 Chairman, Comr. Jimoh, elaborated on the ward’s comprehensive plans for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s campaign visit, slated for October 29, 2024. He underscored the importance of making the governor’s visit a groundbreaking mobilization effort, considering Ogbagi Ward 6 substantial contribution to the local government votes in previous elections.

In a collaborative effort, Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ and the Ogbagi Ward 6 Chairman, Comrade Jimoh Adelusi, engaged in thorough deliberations to finalize plans and arrangements, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the governor’s visit. This joint endeavor aims to showcase the party’s unity and solidarity behind Governor Aiyedatiwa’s re-election campaign.

As Amb. Ọ̀JÁ made it clear that he’s ready to give all the necessary supports, especially financing, for the campaign tour of Mr. Governor, he seeks the support of everyone in the local government to support Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who has been a youthful-minded Governor showing capacity in building men from the younger generation.

Amb. Ọ̀JÁ emphasized the importance of ensuring a massive grassroots movement for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, so that Ogbagi Ward 6 can benefit more in the government of Governor Aiyedatiwa.

Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ commended Governor Aiyedatiwa’s exemplary leadership and good governance in Ondo State, highlighting his efforts in consolidating security outfits, continuing capital projects, improving healthcare, and prioritizing education. Notably, the governor approved N550 million for WASSCE registration fees for public secondary school candidates, demonstrating his dedication to education and youth empowerment. Additionally, Governor Aiyedatiwa has promoted women’s empowerment, appointing over 100 female aides, earning recognition from the APC’s National Women Leader.

Ambassador Ọ̀JÁ’s appreciation reflects Governor Aiyedatiwa’s multifaceted approach to governance, addressing critical areas such as security, infrastructure, healthcare, education, and women’s empowerment, showcasing his commitment to the overall development of Ondo State.
