In a recent appeal, Ganduje urges the Ondo electorate to respect President Tinubu by casting their votes for the APC in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
As the Ondo State gubernatorial election approaches, Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has urged the residents of Ondo to cast their votes in large numbers for his party.
On Monday, while launching a 305-member national campaign council for the upcoming governorship election on November 16, Ganduje stated that voting for the ruling party would show respect since President Bola Tinubu hails from the region.
According to OBASANJONEWS, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been appointed as the chairman of the campaign council. Meanwhile, Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris and Cross River’s Bassey Otu will serve as Deputy Chairmen 1 and 2, respectively. Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has been designated as the committee’s Secretary.
During the inauguration of the campaign council in Akure, Ganduje declared: “I am entrusting this working instrument to the chairman. This campaign council will collaborate closely with the local campaign council, creating a strong synergy between both.”
The President is implementing reforms to boost the country’s social and economic investment. As he hails from this geopolitical zone, voting for APC would be a way to honor and support him.
In this geopolitical zone, we need to come together to secure victory in the upcoming election. Our goal is to establish a conducive environment that guarantees a free and fair electoral process, ensuring our success.
