Yesterday, Ekiti State Government held the 2024 Public Service Forum and Award of Excellence Ceremony, where 80 dedicated civil servants were honoured with awards and a total sum of N45 million.
During the event, Governor Biodun Oyebanji reiterated his commitment to implementing the new minimum wage soon, further affirming our administration’s priority on workers’ welfare and our commitment to rewarding diligence in the public service.
With the attendance of Professor Tunji Olaopa, OFR (Chairman, Federal Civil Service Commission), Mr Ikechukwu John Nweje (World Bank’s Public Sector Governance Specialist), and other top dignitaries, the event was a significant milestone in our journey towards excellence in governance.
