Popular TikTok creator Terryon Thomas, known as Mr. Prada to nearly 4 million followers, has been arrested on charges of aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, issued a warrant for his arrest after he allegedly refused to comply during a traffic stop. The affidavit claims that the vehicle Thomas was driving had been reported stolen, and he backed into the officers’ car before fleeing the scene.
Thomas was arrested in Dallas and is currently awaiting extradition to Baton Rouge.
On the same day the warrant was issued, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook about a similar incident involving a stolen vehicle, including a photo of a person of interest, though they did not name Thomas.
This vehicle is believed to belong to therapist William Nicholas Abraham, whose body was found wrapped in a tarp along a highway, with law enforcement investigating his death as a homicide. Speculation on social media mistakenly linked Thomas to Abraham’s death, but police have not identified any suspects.
Thomas gained fame on TikTok for his comedic content, often facing accusations of copying other creators’ work. Both the Baton Rouge police and Thomas’s representatives have not yet commented on the situation.
