The Lebanese Health Ministry announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli strike on a building in Beirut has risen to 31, with at least 68 people injured.
Israel stated that the strike targeted the building due to the presence of Hezbollah fighters and claimed to have killed 10 senior members of the group.
Hezbollah confirmed the death of one of its top commanders.
