Needle-Free Immunisation Could Save Nigeria $50M, Boost Coverage by 11%

The method, preferred by 95% of caregivers, is faster and more cost-effective than traditional needles.

The Tropis system also reduces the distress children experience with injections, making it a promising innovation for national immunisation efforts.

The findings support scaling this system across Nigeria to improve vaccination rates and reduce costs.
