In a significant show of support, Distinguished Senator Ajagunla Olubiyi Fadeyi, representing Osun Central Senatorial District, has generously donated N50,000 each to 104 new police recruits undergoing training at the Police Training School in Iperu-Remo, Ogun State.
The donation, made on Friday, is intended to assist the recruits with the purchase of necessary training kits and to provide them with some pocket money as they embark on their rigorous training journey.
The 104 recruits, all hailing from the ten local government areas in Osun Central, expressed their gratitude for the timely assistance. The Camp Commandant, Commandant Kola Ademiluwa, speaking on behalf of the Nigeria Police Force, extended heartfelt thanks to Senator Fadeyi for his thoughtful gesture, which demonstrates his commitment to the welfare of his constituents and the nation’s security forces.
Senator Fadeyi’s delegation included notable figures such as the Special Adviser on Special Duties, Hon. Omotayo Babatayo (Igbomina Today), Senior Special Assistant on Electronic Media, Mrs. Olufunke Odejide, Dr. Sikiru Folorunsho and Comrade Oladayo Popoola (Great-Emperor Ola), who were present to deliver the donation and convey the Senator’s best wishes to the recruits.
