The Management of AUXANO Farms today, August 13, 2024, paid a Courtesy Visit to the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Prof. Babatunde Kehinde to strengthen their ongoing partnership.
During the meeting, held in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, both parties explored further opportunities for collaboration, aiming to enhance their joint efforts.
Currently, AUXANO Farms has cleared and surveyed a significant part of the 500 hectares of land within FUNAAB to establish a Farm Estate.
The initiative was set to feature a diverse range of farm produce, which would not only create employment opportunities but also significantly contribute to national food security.
The team from AUXANO Farms underscored the importance of patriotism and self-reliance in Nigeria’s development. They noted that many of the resources sought abroad are available within the country, and emphasised their commitment to partnering with FUNAAB to harness local resources and expertise to drive national progress.
