Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has recently expanded his real estate portfolio with the purchase of a second luxurious home in the United States. The Nigerian singer, who is expecting his fourth child with his wife, Ivy Ifeoma, acquired this new property for an impressive $1.3 million (approximately N2.13 billion).
This latest acquisition follows his earlier purchase of a luxury home in Atlanta in March 2023. Proud of his achievement, Paul Okoye shared photos of his new mansion on his Instagram story and page, showcasing the stunning property.
The news of the purchase was first shared by Nigerian content creator Tunde Ednut on Instagram, who posted pictures of both the interior and exterior of the mansion, emphasizing the significance of the acquisition. Tunde Ednut praised Okoye in his post, saying, “Congratulations, my brother! PAUL RUDEBOY. Wow! If there’s any music group in Nigeria that has made money and continues to invest wisely, it’s Psquare and their brother Jude Okoye. These guys have remained wealthy and strong.”
Tunde Ednut also encouraged his followers, reminding them that their own time for success is coming soon, and urging them to stay hopeful.
