Endless Boundary Adjustments In Biafra Land

With the recent announcement by the British government, masquerading as Government of Nigeria, regarding the adjustment of the boundary of the so called South East, as a further fragmentation and gerrymandering of #Biafra_Land, (the so called South East and South South), that would result in the excision of #OHAJI_EGBEMA from the South East into South South, one can’t help, but recall the endless Boundary adjustments by Britain against #Biafra_Land and Biafrans, in the last three hundred years.

Be reminded, or should I say, be informed, as there is a high tendency of not knowing, that the two world wars were fought by Europe, as a result of the bitter contest or rivalry for the control of the “enormous African resources”.
With this information at the back of ones mind, one will be in a position to grasp much of this treatise.

The fact that the contest for the absolute control of the enormous African resources was the major contention that brewed and triggered the two previous World Wars, enables anyone to situate and comprehend the reasons for the incessant, endless, arbitrary, and consistent “adjustment of boundaries”, particularly in Biafra land.
This awkward mindset of Britain against #Biafrans is equally predicated on the vengeful disposition of Britain towards Biafrans, based on British encounter with Biafrans during the pre-colonial, colonial, and post-colonial days.

The fierce and endless wars that Britain fought with Biafrans, in which Biafrans handed them humiliating defeats, made the British vow (swear) to continuously exercise their vengeance upon Biafrans (Igbos), eternally (perpetually).
No wonder Britain has been exerting this vengeance upon Biafrans in very diverse, brutal, and callous ways, including direct and indirect human, economic, cultural, and political #GENOCIDE against #Biafrans.

It is in furtherance of this exertion, or extraction of pound of flesh from Biafrans, that Britain has been cutting Biafra land into pieces.
Some of the reasons for such fragmentation include:
First, to destroy the synergy emanating from the force of the unity of Biafrans, as integral part of one another, thereby ensuring diverse and divergent views on issues of critical importance.

Secondly, the humongous size of the geographical area called Biafra land was as intimidating as it was beyond comprehension, to the point that Britain could not easily articulate the coordination initially.
In view of the above, Britain began the conspiracy theory (hypothesis) that Biafra land has to be reduced in size, and with the reduction will come the reduction of the influence and synergy of the Igbo, which led to the fallacious propagation of “Igbo being a dot in the circle”.
(Remember that at the initial stage of encountering Igbos, Britain not only acknowledged that the Igbo Nation was not just a Great nation, but the LARGEST in population and size in Africa).

Equally, the enormous natural resources found in the land of Biafra became so irresistible to Britain that they began to create internal hostilities amongst kinsmen, so as to enable them to penetrate and entrench permanent enmity.
The aggregation of all the above can be seen from one prism, and that prism is the agelong British demonic strategy called DIVIDE AND RULE.
For centuries, Britain has been applying this devilish strategy all over the world, and in various continents.
Unfortunately, any new set of victims will not be aware of the plague, or the calamity that has befallen them, until they find themselves completely overwhelmed.

Fragmentation, Gerrymandering, And Balkanization Of Biafra Land

While baying for vengeance, filled with fury of humiliation and thirst for the acquisition and perpetual possession of Biafra land as eternal inheritance, Britain began to cut the land of Biafra into pieces, for their desired eternal possession and unending benefits.

~Equatorial Guinea (Fernando Po)

The rich Island of Equatorial Guinea, due to its isolation and vulnerability, became one of the early casualties of European conquistadorial adventures.
Because they saw how separated the island was, and how an important determinant it could constitute in economic calculations, they severed the place, as a different country altogether, not withstanding the fact that it was just a part of the Biafran nation (Igbo land).

~South Western Cameroon (Ambazonia)

South Western Cameroon used to be part of Eastern Nigeria, until recently.
Remember that we have reminded the world that the reason for the WW1 and WW2 was mainly for the establishment of superiority in who would possess and controls the enormous African resources.
With Germany defeated and relegated, Britain which “inherited” Germany’s African assets, had the opportunity of further exerting vengeance on Biafra by cutting off Ambazonia from Eastern Nigeria.

~North Central Nigeria (Benue_Platue)

When Europe, particularly Britain, saw the great force the Igbos constituted, and the colossal advantage being unified gave them, they continued the process of cutting Igbo land further and further.
In the case of Benue_Platue, Britain saw that the vast land called the North was more like a desert, with almost no human habitation.
Having programmed to skew every political and economic advantage in favor of the North, as a tool for the control of the contraption they just concocted in their so called amalgamation, they cut a large chunk of Igbo land, and gifted the North.
This was not just to boost the population of the north, and conversely dwindle that of Biafra, but equally, and most importantly, to reduce the geographical spread of Igbo land.
Therefore, today, in Kogi, Benue, and Platue states, you don’t just have Igbos named Okeke, Ifeanyi, Chukwuma, Ngọzi, etc, but you equally have those who are Igbos with identity crisis, resulting from decades of cultural torture and coercion.

~Midwestern Nigeria (Bendel, that is, Edo, Delta)

In order to advance and probably consolidate what Britain must have considered a major subtle victory over the Biafran nation (Igbos) through AMALGAMATION, they set the boundary of Igboland from Ubani (ỤBA ANI, endless Land, Bayelsa, Brass), to River Niger.
The rest of that land, which is more in size and other ramifications than over ten countries in Europe, and sometimes more in size than a combination of some European countries, is no longer part of Igbo territory, but because it is across River Niger, it is now Yoruba land in Western region.
Therefore, the whole stretch of Igboland that includes today’s Edo, Delta, and parts of Ondo State, occupied by Ijaw, is no longer Biafra, but Oduduwa.
It was this part of the Western region that was later, through a plebiscite, created as the Midwestern Region of Nigeria, though the Ijaw part of Ondo State is still counted as YORUBA land today.
From creation of Midwestern region, that part of Biafra land has been butchered further as the present Edo and Delta States, with high tendencies of identity crisis, resulting from many accumulated psychological bombardments.

Don’t ever forget that Britain was able to ascertain and identify these Biafrans after extensive research and analysis of their homogeneity, cultural similarities or identity, commonality in value system and traditional practices, which include, but not limited to one-week four Market days, same traditional worship, tying of two-piece wrapper by married women, and other traditional practices and prohibitions.

Minorities

Having successfully carved out the peripheral parts of Biafra (Igbo nation), the British, still filled with vindictiveness, went further to the coastal regions of #Biafra, to instigate and entrench enmity between them (coastal regions) and their kinsmen in the upland parts.
This they did by CLASSIFYING them (from coastal regions) as MINORITIES, and started pointing out to them how they are in danger in their different-dialect-speaking kinsmen in the upland, with whom they have been sharing everything in common since creation, but are safe with them, the plunderers and exploitative parasites, who came from thousands of kilometers away.
Britain even set up one commission called Willink’s Commission, “to Protect the Interest of the so called Minorities in the East”.

Note that in the East, there were/are, only Igbos of various dialectal differences, whom the British, for their devilish agenda, called ETHNIC groups.
They are not ethnic groups.
They are merely tribes (dialectal variations of the Great Igbo nation).
But in the Western and Northern Regions, there were/are clearly a myriad of ethnic groups that not only appeared physically distinctive, but equally distinguishable in all other ramifications.
Britain did not establish any commission to protect the interests of THESE VAST MINORITIES in the Northern and Western Regions of Nigeria.

It can be seen, and safely ascertained, that the aim of all these British shenanigans had/has been to entrench, and forcefully, if not viciously, drive their satanic DIVIDE AND RULE agenda, with which they had penetrated any nation that they ever wanted to destroy.
This strategy was very effective in the past, up to the recent past, because of inaccessibilty to media.
But presently, because of the internet-birthed social media, many of those archaic strategies don’t always yield those desired results, as many of them are exposed and shot down at conception.

State Creation

Since Britain had seen Biafra (Igbo nation) as the major impediment it faced in her total conquest, possession, utilization, and acquisition of Africa, Britain became more aggressive and vicious in devising means of decapitating Biafrans and making them impotent in all areas of human cooperation and relationship.
When Britain saw that the Willink’s Commission did not totally have its desired effect, which was to plant the seed of enmity amongst kinsmen, and absolutely severe the coastal regions of #Biafra from their upland kinsmen, Britain began to threaten to LIBERATE the MINORITIES by creating their own states out of the then Eastern Region for them.

Remember that the aim of this benevolence and magnanimity WAS NOT TO FAVOR THE MINORITIES, but to further isolate them, make them vulnerable, and to leave them at the mercy of no one.
The present devastated condition of the so called South East and South South geopolitical zones affirm this assertion.

Britain had the opportunity to, and indeed effected this threat after #HaroldWilson compelled Yakubu Gowon to repudiate the #ABURI_ACCORD, which not only aggravated the brewing pogrom against #Biafrans, but accelerated the ignition of the full-blown genocide against Biafrans.
When it was clear that Biafrans were speaking with one voice, Britain, through Gowon, as the Head of State of Nigeria, cleverly, cut off the coastal regions of #Biafra, which they had earlier classified as minorities, and gave them names as states, claiming that he had LIBERATED them.
This liberation was primarily aimed at cutting the upland Biafrans off from access to the sea, and also to have total control over the Biafran oil and gas assets, located presumably MAINLY in the coastal regions of #Biafra.
It has since been ascertained that every inch of Biafra land is dripping with either oil or gas or both.

With this devious and dubious manipulation, Britain compelled all the Biafrans within the location they classified as MINORITY to deny their Biafranness (Igboness), the alternative of which was to be killed, as they did in #ASABA_MASSACRE.
This mainly accounts for why you will see Chibuike, Ezenwa, Amadi, Okoro, Osakwe, Ngozi, Chukwudi, Ifeanyi, or Ikechukwu from Rivers, Edo, Cross River, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, or even Delta State, telling you that he is not Igbo.
It is because of the psychological torture that Britain inflicted upon him, and has continued to subject him to, over the centuries, in their furious pursuit to extract their pound of flesh from the Great Igbo nation, which they variously described as extremely enterprising and unapologetically rebellious, at different times.

Boundary Adjustments

Putting all that have been said above in retrospect, it can be seen clearly that Britain has neither relented, nor is ever prepared to relent for one moment, in their desperate pursuit of totally amputating the Igbo Nation, and possibly ensuring the extinction of same, in the course of time.
Apart from the consuming urge to take their vengeance upon the Biafrans for the humiliation of the past decades, Britain had seen Biafrans as their major stumbling block towards total acquisition of Africa, added to the fact that they found the RESOURCE-RICH Biafra land highly irresistible.

So, since the creation of the twelve states, that was, like the so called amalgamation, primarily aimed at splitting Biafra land further, Britain has been adjusting the boundaries of states within Biafra land, up to this very moment in 2024.

Why have these boundaries been under constant, consistent, and unending adjustments?
The answer is very simple.
Britain has not just been waging an endless physical genocidal and obliterative war against #Biafrans, but even a more furious, vicious, and aggressive psychological war, from as many fronts as possible.
Britain wants to defame and deflate Biafrans, making them to lack the steam to exercise their ingenuity.
Britain wants to exclude their imaginary (where they have left as their own) Igbo land as not being associated with the production of oil and gas, which automatically translates to NOT being qualified to benefit from the accruing enormous wealth, as well as the industrialization that sector represents.
Britain wants to validate the fallacious claim that their own (imaginary) Igbo land is land locked.
Britain wants to justify the meaningless assertion that their own Igbo land is merely a dot in a circle.

Most importantly, the present boundary adjustment being undertaken in Biafra land (Igbo nation) is because of the tight corner, which Britain, and the rest of the #collectiveWest, @NATO, have boxed themselves into, in their insane pursuit of conquistadorial expansionism towards Russia.
In their bid to stifle Russia’s intimidatingly growing economy, and to wedge the march of the world towards MULTIPOLARISM, away from their hegemonic feudal caliphacy, they shot themselves in the foot by tampering with Russia’s Nordstrom, which resulted in their being cut off from the easily affordable and available Russian gas.

To compound their woes, the regime change in Niger Republic, which is friendly with Russia, suspended the continuation of the AKK, a pipeline that should take gas from Biafra land to Europe, passing through Niger.
But this gas in question to be transported to Europe is deposited in the heart of Igbo land called #OHAJI_EGBEMA, in Imo State.
Because Britain has not only been suffused with vengeance and vindictive disposition towards Biafrans, Britain is equally terrified about dealing with Biafrans in any diplomatic, political, or economic matter, as their inferiority and fear towards Biafrans are hardly concealable.

Now, to have unfettered access to this huge deposit of gas in the heart of Igboland (Biafra), the boundary of Imo State will once again be adjusted, with that part of IMO state gifted to the so called minority, so that Britain’s Igbo land will be totally and holistically excluded once again from whatever negotiation, utilization, or benefit that relates to, or arises from any GAS-related transaction, from OHAJI-EGBEMA.
But Britain, through the Nigerian government, has been unequivocally informed, that the futility of their exercise is as glaring as it is ridiculous.
They can commit any atrocity against Biafrans, just to retain their blood-stained economy.
But like every other thing, the day of change is unstoppable, and that day is here with the world.

As usual, the world must be reminded that the DEMAND of BIAFRANS remains simple and straightforward.
That DEMAND is a #UN_supervised #REFERENDUM.
REFERENDUM is a fundamental human right, and equally a democratic process that involves voting.
A call for REFERENDUM is not a call for war, but a call to pay heed to ARTICLE 3 OF THE @UNCHARTER, with regards to #SELF_DETERMINATION of Indigenous Peoples all over the world.
The earlier British and Nigerian governments understand and align with this incontrovertible and indisputable truth, the better for everyone.
