Former President Trump recently invoked Vice President Kamala Harris in his criticism of the gag order in his New York hush-money case, accusing her campaign of exploiting the order against him.
Writing on Truth Social, Trump expressed frustration over the restrictions imposed by a New York judge, which he claims hinder his ability to campaign effectively.
Despite a recent ruling that loosened some restrictions, Trump remains barred from attacking prosecutors directly, though he continues to target the judge and the Manhattan District Attorney.
Trump also argued that the gag order violates his First Amendment rights and called for the case’s termination based on the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling.
There’s no evidence linking President Biden or Harris to the case.
