If your UK visit visa is refused by the Home Office, you will receive an email or a letter stating the reasons why it was denied. There are several reasons why it can be so, but by taking appropriate and early actions, you can overcome the visa refusal and still come to the UK.
What to do if your Visa is Refused :
if your visa gets refused, it’s important to carefully review the reasons for refusal and know the next option or step to take based on the reason you were given.
1. Visa refusal appeal, In most cases you will have the right to appeal on human rights ground , but if you are not able to make it clear that the rejection is a human right issue it might be rejected.
2. Reapply for another visitor visa : it’s often faster, cheaper and easier to simply prepare, work on the reasons for the refusal and submit a new visitor visa application: This is especially so if you made innocent mistakes on your UK visa application or did not provide the necessary information in your original visitor application, which led to the refusal. On the other hand, if the reasons for a UK visitor visa refusal suggest that you are not eligible for this visa type, reapplying is not likely to lead to a different result.
3: Apply for a different visa
If you did everything right and your visa still got rejected then you need to apply for a different visa.
