The star introduced her beau Michael Polansky as her fiancé
Lady Gaga appears to be engaged to her boyfriend Michael Polansky after introducing him as “my fiance” at the Olympics.
The singer performed at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic games on Friday night.
And she may have revealed – by way of the French prime minister – that she and Polansky are set to get married.
French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal posted a video on TikTok on Sunday night of him greeting the 38-year-old singer and commenting on her performance before Gaga turns to introduce Polansky to him as “my fiance”.
Mr Attal and Polansky then shake hands.
The French prime minister posted the video, which was taken from the stands of a swimming event, with the caption: “Thank you Lady Gaga for your stunning performance at the opening ceremony. It was breathtaking.”
Gaga, whose real name is Stefani
Germanotta–was first linked to Polansky in 2020, when the couple were photographed kissing at a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas.
Just a few weeks later, they officially hard-launched their relationship with a PDA-filled weekend in Miami for the 2020 Super Bowl.
Since then, it seems the duo has been attached at the hip. They even quarantined together during the early phase of the pandemic, which allowed them to grow close.
The couple went on to confirm their relationship a few months later on Instagram.
Polansky, who is an entrepreneur and tech investor, also seems to share his fiancé’s passion for charitable work. The couple has worked together to fundraise for various causes, and Gaga divulged to MSNBC that Polansky was building an app for her Born This Way Foundation, which supports mental health initiatives.
Gaga was previously engaged to Christian Carino, although they split in early 2019 after two years together. In February 2015, she got engaged to Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kinney but the pair broke off the engagement the following year.
