Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa, a Brazilian professional footballer has been formally presented as a Real Madrid player at the Santiago Bernabeu and presented with jersey number 16.
Real Madrid officially announced the signing of Endrick, an 18-year-old Brazilian forward, from Palmeiras.
Endrick joined Real Madrid in July, after turning 18, as per FIFA rules prohibiting players under 18 from being transferred abroad.
Endrick was presented at the Bernabéu, expressing his happiness and gratitude, and was welcomed by Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Endrick has already made a name for himself, becoming the youngest player and goalscorer in Palmeiras’ history, and playing for Brazil in the Copa América.
The transfer deal is reportedly worth €72 million, including variables and taxes, making it the biggest transfer in Brazilian football history.
