A potential Democratic ‘mass exodus’ could convince United States President Joe Biden to quit the presidential race.
According to Fox News, there are currently multiple letters being circulated among House Democrats calling on Biden to step aside in the election.
Though House Democratic leadership has not seen the “letter” where around 25 House Democrats are urging the president to drop out, but one of two sources who spoke with Fox News Digital said different efforts are targeting vulnerable members and those in safe seats.
“It is not yet clear if a letter has been drafted or moved beyond the discussion stage, but it’s described as a very fluid situation.
“Everyone is guarded now,” said one senior House Democratic member. “People may be just doing what they believe is best for them.”
