Sen Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi Walks The Talk

The Distinguished Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi OFR, the Senator who walks his talk has continued to impact positively the lives of the Constituents. The last 365 days has also seen remarkable and significant impact in the lives of the people of Ife/ Ijesa Senatorial District.

In continuation of his giant strides from the 9th Assembly which has created a standard for lawmakers in terms of employment and empowerment, the people’s Senator has measured beyond expectations, rising above known limitations to accomplish the under listed projects/programs in the last 365 days:

EMPLOYMENT:
Senator Adenigba Fadahunsi has facilitated Federal appointments for over 50 Youths within the year under review.
Over 40 Youths got engaged through the Ministry of power and it’s agencies .
4 Youths got engaged in the Ministry of Industry, trade and investment’ agencies
Few others are in the private sector through his intervention and network.

EMPOWERMENT:
As the Guru of empowerment, Senator Adenigba Fadahunsi has facilitated the empowerment of about 2000 women and youths with his first year in the 10th  Assembly :
Training  and empowerment of 250 youths and women in cat fish farming, production, storage and marketing
Training and empowerment of 250 women and youths in poultry and feed production. The Training of 300 youths and women in shrimps and catfish rearing and post harvest management
Provision of 100 units of sewing machines,
Provision of 100 units of hairdressing dryers
and kits. Provision of 50 units of barbing kits.
Provision of 20 units of deep freezers to women in Obokun Local Government
Provision of 2000 day old chicks
Provision of  feeds for 600 broilers and layers
Provision of 500 drinkers and feeders
Purchase of 600 units of vaccines ,anti bacterial and drugs
Distribution of over 3000 units of agriculture chemicals: herbicides, pesticides and other inputs
Distribution of over 1000 knapsack sprayers to farmers.

HEALTH:
The Senator in addition to his bill on the Federal Orthopedics hospital, has continued to assist the state government in the equipping of health facilities in the state through;

Provision of units of beddings and mattresses to hospitals in Ile-Ife, Ipetu Ijesa,Ilesa,Ijebu-Jesa and Ilase- Ijesa
Provision of units of  microscopes to hospitals in Ile-Ife,Ipetu Ijesa,Ilesa,Ijebu-Jesa and Ilase- Ijesa
Provision of units of diagnostics set to hospitals in Ile-Ife,Ipetu Ijesa,Ilesa,Ijebu-Jesa and Ilase- Ijesa
Provision of units of test tubes  to hospitals in Ile-Ife,Ipetu Ijesa,Ilesa,Ijebu-Jesa and Ilase- Ijesa.

TRANSFORMERS:
Provision of 500KVA transformer in Erin Oke
Provision of 500KVA transformer in Ikinyinwa
Provision of 300KVA transformer in Ilase
Provision of 300KVA transformer in Esa-Oke
Provision of 300KVA transformer in Ilo-Ijesa
Provision of 300KVA transformer in Koka

BOREHOLES:
Senator Adenigba Fadahunsi has facilitated boreholes in several communities in Osun East Senatorial District since the 9th Assembly, he has continued with this all important and life saving project of providing safe water for the people of the constituency

Provision of solar powered  borehole in Obokun,Provision of solar powered  borehole in Ilase,
Provision of solar powered  borehole in Ibisomi road,
Provision of solar powered  borehole in Olorunda village,
Provision of solar powered  borehole in Otan Ile and
Provision of solar powered  borehole in Itiya village.

EDUCATION:
Distribution of over 100,000 big notes and exercise books and other invaluable teaching aides to pupils in other to ease the burden of parents within the Ife-Ijesa District.

FOOD PALLIATIVE:
Senator Adenigba Fadahunsi has consistently been given food to alleviate poverty in the Senatorial District, within the year under review, he has given out over 8 trailers of rice (including FG’ intervention) several sacks of garri,backs of beans and Maize.
He gave out cows to each local government across Osun East to celebrate Christmas festivities.

STREET LIGHT:
At the rate Senator Fadahunsi is lighting up towns and villages,Osun East will soon become a treat to lovers of darkness. Several towns and villages have received units of solar street lights but the last 365 days have been that of accelerated development, below are some of the towns and villages that have benefitted in recent time:
Ile Odua (Palace) Ife, Modakeke, Ifewara,OSU, Ikinyinwa, Obokun, Iwara,Ipinrindo, Garage Olode, Ifetedo, Ipetumodu, Akinlalu, Kajola, Okebode, Imo road, Adebayo Abon, Wesley Guild Junction, Ibodi, Idominasi, Iponda, Ilowa, Idoka, Ibala, Ijaregbe, Ido-Oko, Ilare, Ijana, Ilahun etc

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
It is on record that Sen Fadahunsi assists constituents with average of #4M monthly for social obligations such as; Wedding ceremonies,burial ceremonies and other social activities including religious occasions such as; Olojo, Iwude festivals and so on.

While a lot is being done as we celebrate these unprecedented achievements, the next few weeks will experience astronomical increase in all areas of development.
