Ifa initiation known in Yoruba as ITEFA or ITELODU can be said to be a spiritual process which enables one to understand not only what Ifa is but also to illuminate light to one’s life, destiny and to serve as a pathway, guidance to our application to life itself.
ITEFA is therefore not limited to the above definition as there are many ways and perspective to view it according to how the practitioners see it.
ITEFA is advisable for everyone, both Ifa practitioners and non-practitioners, male and female. Without taking much time, because itefa is a broad topic which I will not delve into, I concluded to highlight 10 of the reasons why itefa is important to you.
