Nollywood actress, Funmi Awelewa has called out an Entertainment Company for chasing clout with her colleague turned brother and friend, Sisi Quadri’s death.
The entertainment company had claimed that the late actor was awaiting his US Visa approval before his untimely death. According to them, his US Visa was just approved when the news of his sudden demise broke out
n a follow-up post, the company revealed that they would be posting their upcoming event to mourn the late actor.
Funmi, who was close with the deceased, took to her Instagram page to call them out. She stated that it was unfair as Sisi Quadri never went to the embassy nor was he planning to get a US visa before his death.
Telling them to stop the lies, she noted how his family was mourning yet they were deceiving their gullible followers.
Funmi added that the fact that she is aiming towards building a scandal-free name and has been quiet for a little period doesn’t mean she is a fool.
She noted how Sisi Quadri was her family, brother, colleague, and blood hence why she knows information about him.

The family is mourning. We are mourning and you’re deceiving your gullible followers that you shifted the event cuz of him.
